Oily skin

Oily skin shows itself in a greasy appearance with large, visible pores.

Excessively oily skin is caused by overproduction of sebum from sebaceous glands which are located underneath the skin. Oily skin can also be caused by environmental factors, medication, hormonal changes or a poor diet. Treating oily skin in the right way can help to balance moisture levels and reduce the greasiness of your skin.

If you have oily skin, cleansing your face twice a day is important to reduce a shiny appearance. It also helps to exfoliate your skin every day to remove dead skin cells and reveal new, less oily skin.
