If you have dehydrated skin, your skin lacks moisture and it will often feel dry and rough.

Dehydrated skin is a skin condition that occurs when there’s a lack of water in the skin. It is important to retain healthy moisture levels of the skin to avoid dehydration. When your skin is dehydrated, it will have dry patches, small cracks and be flaky.

To treat dehydrated skin, you should use products that provide thorough hydration. Apply a moisturiser every morning and evening and ensure that the other products in your skincare routine are hydrating as well.
